Updating menu items and settings

To add/modify entries in the menu and settings app of the legacy Hub.

This process should be adhered to. When the changes are merged to master, it will run the build from this pipeline.

This will automatically push the changes to INT, and to move to RC and PROD, this pipeline should be used.
